Elevate Appoints New APAC Engagement Manager

Lawyers Weekly announces Elevate new hire Dan Hogan, who is set to lead on the expansion of Elevate’s interim resourcing function, ElevateFlex, across the Asia-Pacific region.

Elevate, which provides consulting, tech and services to law firms and in-house teams, has hired a new leader for its ElevateFlex resourcing function across Asia-Pacific.

Dan Hogan is set to lead on the expansion of Elevate’s interim resourcing function, ElevateFlex, across the Asia-Pacific region.

The appointment is an “exciting strategic move” for Elevate, which views the AsiaPac market, particularly Australia, as offering enormous growth opportunities within the flexible resourcing market.

Mr Hogan will be based in Sydney and will focus on connecting high quality, experienced legal talent with law departments and law firms for flexible and interim positions.

He brings with him “extensive knowledge of the market dynamics and a broad network within the region” following 11 years in resource consulting and legal recruitment.

Speaking about his new role, Mr Hogan said: “ElevateFlex operates across the globe and is unique within the Australian market in that it combines flex staffing with the entire range of legal ops, legal tech, and litigation and discovery offerings needed by law departments and law firms.

“ElevateFlex is also unique in the degree to which it provides talent with career professional development and a wide variety of engagements with many of the leading companies across AsiaPac. All of that made joining ElevateFlex an easy decision, especially as the flex sector continues to gain momentum as the local legal industry looks to secure bespoke, flexible, and project-specific talent.”
