Getting Things Done: Prioritizing and Implementing Initiatives
This interactive workshop will use participants’ upcoming initiatives as working examples to review best practice techniques and tools for more effectively prioritizing projects, obtaining consensus, buy-in and support from leadership and stakeholders, and implementing change. Experts will cover practical frameworks for getting things done while sharing stories of real-world successes and failures and drawing practical lessons from them. Participants will learn about tools and frameworks for more effective scoping and implementation of initiatives, and how to put that analysis to use in building business cases and strategizing implementation (including change management). Experienced participants will sharpen their existing skills and be expected to contribute their own experience to the discussion, while less experienced audience members will learn more systemic ways of approaching how to get things done.
