Are big firms responding to threat of market disruptors

This is an interesting article with interesting stats on the issues and risks big law needs to consider. It appears they have a lot more to do to respond to the changes facing the market, but it is not easy for large organizations to change so rapidly.

New entrants to the market are bringing disruption and fuelling the need for firms to continually adapt and innovate; 80% of firms now recognise ‘the need to respond to the digital age’ as a critical component of the overall strategy, but only 23% have so far made changes to how they operate.”
