Lokendra has over 20 years’ experience managing global operations and business strategy. Prior to joining Elevate in 2013, he was COO and Head of Corporate Strategy at Integreon, which he helped grow from $20 million in 2006 to nearly $150 million in revenue by 2011. Previously, Lokendra led Strategy & Corporate Development and M&A at MphasiS, now part of Hewlett Packard, where he completed several acquisitions and established their Research and Analytics business in India. He was also instrumental in building and managing Research and Analytics capabilities for Adventity, now part of Sutherland Global Services. Lokendra is an alumnus of Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, a merit-holder engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and he also holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
