Devdeep co-leads Elevate’s Consulting business unit, where he and his team focus on technology, spend, and data advice.

He has 15 years’ experience assisting corporate legal departments in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their functions. He identifies and assesses opportunities using a methodical approach as a cornerstone for operational improvement to craft targeted, tailored solutions aimed at providing transformational outcomes.

He is experienced in conducting ‘under the hood’ reviews of spend management practices and historical spend data analysis to generate deeper and more meaningful business intelligence, strategies, and outcomes. He has implemented data-driven cost savings programs for clients, leading to sustained year-over-year improvement and diligent financial management of legal spend.

He has experience in enterprise technology implementation, including requirements gathering, system design, process re-engineering, development, conversion, testing, training, and support. Devdeep has been responsible for leading the delivery of multiple successful matter management and e-billing implementations for large legal department customers that resulted in substantially more efficient matter assignment, tracking, billing, and reporting.

Devdeep started his career in the legal business consulting industry at Huron Consulting and then worked at Morae Global before joining Elevate.

Devdeep received an MS in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
