2020 Equitability and Inclusion Report
2020 was unprecedented, shaken by the pandemic, social unrest, and economic uncertainty. Elevate addressed those unique challenges by building on our existing infrastructure and continuing to welcome innovations while developing new ways to support our talented and diverse team members navigating a remote and uncharted path.
2020 Environmental Sustainability Report
While the global pandemic presented us with a unique business landscape, it also allowed Elevate to refocus. Solidifying our aspiration to be responsible leaders of our business, our people, and industry, we set the goal of becoming carbon-neutral in 2021.
2019 Equitability and Inclusion Report
Recognising gender pay parity as an issue, in 2019, we assessed each role at Elevate. We found that we generally pay women and men equal salaries for the same position, based on qualifications such as location, education, experience, skills, certifications, and other factors. Elevate’s mission is to keep pay uniform amongst genders as we continue to grow.
2018 Equitability and Inclusion Report
This was the inaugural year we publicly released our annual report, proving our commitment to hold ourselves accountable and be an equitable and inclusive employer. As a law company with genuine intentions to make a difference in the legal industry, we believe the benefits of a diverse, inclusive culture are at the heart of attracting and retaining motivated, creative professionals – our ‘Elevaters.’
