Acquisition of pioneering UK NewLaw firm marks third deal in three months by law company Elevate
LONDON – January 8, 2019 – Law company Elevate today announced it has acquired Halebury, the UK NewLaw legal resourcing firm. Halebury will operate as an Elevate business, retaining its team. LOS ANGELES – December 5, 2018 – Law company Elevate today announced the acquisition of Sumati Group, a leading provider of contract lifecycle management (CLM) managed services.
