Elevate is proud to have been a founding sponsor of the Institute for the Future of Law Practice helping educate and inspire a generation of new attorneys, and giving them tools to navigate the challenges of today’s legal market. As I noted in a previous post, employers are increasingly looking for their lawyers to have more than simply a knowledge of the law; project management, use of technology, right-sourcing and process optimization are all key skills for the #NextNormal.
At ElevateFlex we are working to partner with IFLP to ensure our Talent Community can benefit from access to these programs, and, in turn, bring those skills to our customers. We encourage everyone with an interest in building tomorrow’s legal ecosystem to participate, sponsor, or donate.
IFLP is a nonprofit collaboration between law schools, law firms, corporate legal departments, NewLaw service providers, and legal technology companies. The goal is to create a talent pipeline that combines traditional training in substantive law with foundational training in data, process, technology, and business.
